Issues Outside of Office Hours
- For immigration issues outside of office hours, email isss@illinois.edu and we will follow up with you as soon as possible during business hours.
- For issues at Customs & Border Patrol when trying to enter the United States, contact the Emergency Dean at 217-649-4129.
- If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
- For non-medical emergencies or need to be connected with SafeWalks and SafeRides, please call the UIPD at 217-333-1216. You can also call the Crisis Line at 217-359-4141 or call Dial-A-Nurse 217-333-2700.
- If a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent requests access to non-public areas of university property, asks questions, or seeks personally identifiable information or non-public records from university personnel, immediately refer the agent to the University Police and call the University Police non-emergency number at 217-333-1216 to notify them of the agent’s presence.
