ISSS processing fees are interdepartmental fees paid by campus units to ISSS. These fee amounts are available to departmental contact people.

USCIS Filing Fees
For the most commonly used applications paid for by the university.
H-1B
- $460 filing fee (all H-1B petitions).
- $500 anti-fraud fee (petitions for new employment or change-of-employer only).
- $2,805 premium processing fee (optional expedite, sometimes payable by the employee).
- $100,000 condition of eligibility fee for new H-1B visa petitions on behalf of beneficiaries who are outside the United States (does not apply to change of status petitions within the United States).
E-3
- $510 filing fee if applying or extending by mail rather than re-entry.
- $2,805 premium processing fee (optional expedite request).
TN
- $56 cash if obtaining initial or renewed TN upon entry from Canada (payable by employee).

Legal Permanent Residency (LPR)
- Attorney’s fees vary and will be determined after application is reviewed.
- $715 I-140 filing fee.
- $2,805 premium processing fee (optional expedite request, sometimes payable by the employee).
A G-1450 with a university p-card should NOT be provided for I-485 Adjustment of Status fees ($1,440) or I-539 Change of Status fees ($420-$470). These are personal fees which must be paid by the employee.
